pk70 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pk70 platform available at pk70.app (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with pk70's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the pk70 Platform. pk70 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk70 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Use of the pk70 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. pk70 operates a strict 18+ policy. Creating an account if you are under 18 is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual, acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pk70 complies with all laws, regulations, and statutes applicable in your jurisdiction. pk70 makes no representation that the Platform or any of its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
• You may hold only one (1) pk70 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. pk70 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC and your active Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which use of online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

pk70 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide such documents within the stipulated time may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk70 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk70 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

• You must notify pk70 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• Your pk70 account is personal and may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other person.
• pk70 will never ask you for your full password, JazzCash mPIN, Easypaisa mPIN, or bank PIN via any communication channel. Any request for such information should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
• pk70 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk70 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk70 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as published on the pk70 Platform from time to time.
• pk70 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pk70 accepts no liability.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. pk70 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account due to a technical error or system malfunction, you are obligated to notify pk70 promptly. pk70 reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited in error.
• pk70 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk70 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where explicitly permitted by pk70's stated rules for a specific market.
• pk70 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market, void any bet, or refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or data feed errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, pk70's decision shall be final and binding. All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event (late bets) may be voided if accepted due to a technical delay in feed transmission.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are published within the Platform. pk70 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• pk70 live casino games, slots, and table games are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are certified by independent auditors.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk70 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all pk70 bonuses:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits, as published on the Platform.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to circumvent this restriction constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• pk70 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus or promotion at any time. Any withdrawal of an uncompleted bonus will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.
• Users who participate in irregular gaming patterns solely to exploit bonus terms – including but not limited to low-risk hedging, systematic play designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other accounts – may have their bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are not redeemable for cash unless specifically stated. Winnings derived from bonus funds are redeemable subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met.

7. Responsible Gaming

pk70 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable persons. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Access to the pk70 Platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory and enforced through CNIC documentation.
• pk70 provides tools including deposit limits, session duration limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities. These are available within your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
• Self-exclusion, once activated, is binding for the selected duration and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. During self-exclusion, pk70 will not contact you with any promotional material.
• If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use pk70's self-exclusion facility and seek assistance from relevant support organisations available in Pakistan.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that minors do not have access to your pk70 account or device.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk70 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by pk70;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the pk70 Platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting pk70 support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, game content, images, text, and other materials appearing on the pk70 Platform are the intellectual property of pk70 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other licence is granted, express or implied. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of pk70 content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk70, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill;
• Any service interruption, technical errors, or data transmission failures beyond pk70's reasonable control;
• Any third-party conduct, including payment provider failures or network outages affecting deposit or withdrawal processing.

pk70's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

pk70 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

• There is a breach, or suspected breach, of these Terms;
• pk70 has reason to believe fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity has occurred or is suspected;
• Required by applicable law or regulatory obligation;
• The User requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination, pk70 will settle any outstanding legitimate obligations to the User in accordance with these Terms. Funds held in accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited pending investigation.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk70 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Users are encouraged to contact pk70 support at [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal legal proceedings. pk70 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk70 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pk70 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
